Account Coordinator

Description

Under the supervision of the brand manager, the account coordinator will provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of agency client objectives. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for helping serve alongside the brand manager as a liaison between clients and other agency staff to keep both clients and agency creative team on task and on schedule. This position will work alongside the brand manager to manage clients throughout campaigns and projects on a daily basis. This includes some administrative tasks as well as managing campaign/marketing work and ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Project management
  • Carefully craft account service related documents including proposals, budgets, briefs, agendas, presentations and calendars for respective team’s clients
  • Attend client meetings alongside brand manager to discuss and identify their advertising needs
  • Document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
  • Provide status reports on active projects for respective team
  • Assist the brand manager in crafting comprehensive marketing plans and budgets
  • Facilitate monitoring, measuring and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and craft client presentations for analytic reporting
  • Minor copywriting when needed for client projects
  • Proofing
  • Look for opportunities to increase business with existing clients
  • Take part in “pitches,” along with other agency staff, to help win new business for the agency
