The Project Manager will oversee our client’s projects from start to finish, using technology to create a streamlined system that gaps our Client Services and Creatives.

The Project Manager will be expected to serve as a brand steward to ensure the work is meeting client and agency team standards while meeting or exceeding deadlines all while staying within budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Client Services and Creative leads to manage the overall client needs on a daily basis
  • Understand project goals and the steps to achieve them
  • Responsible for all internal communications and day to day deliverable management for clients
  • Work to define resource needs across agency departments
  • Create client status reports
  • Coordinate with Media department on trafficking deadlines
  • Ongoing monitoring of all projects on an account, how they compare against the scope of work, projecting budgets and tracking incremental scope opportunities.
  • Work directly with Brand Managers/Client Services to develop new scopes and staffing plans
  • Oversee the agency workflow and establish client specific processes to ensure efficiencies and highest quality of deliverables
  • Supervise other Operations staff and student workers
  • Report financial outcomes for each client
  • Review and suggest technology for efficiencies
  • Help manage client/account budgets through proper scope definition, risk management and change management protocols
  • Coordinate weekly with status updates to various departments, such as Client Services, Creative, Media and Leadership team
  • Develop strategic solutions to streamline workflow across disciplines

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management, and/or operations experience within a CREATIVE AGENCY environment
  • Leader, mentor to junior level team members
  • Experience with various workflow technologies
  • Strong team leader with a motivating work ethic and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work directly with clients and inform on business process and health
  • Ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Project Management certifications preferred
