Hector leads key functional disciplines including brand management and strategy. He is responsible for strategic guidance, client retention and growth for the agency. He has over 19 years of experience in marketing and advertising including director of account management and planning for the top branding/advertising agency in the Baltimore/Washington region.
A native of Venezuela, he received his bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland. Throughout his career, he has developed multiple marketing communications programs for clients such as AGCO, Bank One of Louisiana, Bay Bank, DEWALT Tools, AMES Tools, Revere Bank, Royal Building Products, SECU Credit Union, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Louisiana State Office of Tourism, TimeLife Inc., Barclaycard US, Mally Beauty, Under Armour and University of Maryland.
