Baton Rouge, LA—Beausoleil Restaurant and Bar, located in Bocage Village Shopping Center, recently signed with MESH Integrated Marketing and Advertising for 2012. The agreement, which begins in January 2012, includes the management of branding, creative development, media placement and social media management.
Beausoleil’s warm atmosphere, central location and innovative cuisine have drawn a loyal crowd from the Bocage area, and now restaurant owners Jeff Conaway, Michael Boudreaux and Chef Nathan Gresham would like to expand further.
“We have regulars that come in every week—some every day,” said Conaway. “We have a truly great product, and we’re looking forward to working with MESH so that other people can learn that too.”
Beausoleil’s head chef and secret ingredient, Chef Nathan Gresham, was selected in August 2011 as a Top 5 Chef to Watch by Louisiana Cookin’ magazine and describes his food at Beausoleil as “French comfort food with a Southern flair.” An advocate localvore, Gresham strives to buy as many ingredients locally as possible and can often be found making his selections at the Red Stick Farmer’s Market.:
