With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, Danny Bourgeois serves as the lead in MESH Atlanta. His responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, contributing to strategic planning, supervising accounts and initiating community improvement engagements.
Throughout his career, Danny has established marketing management programs, branding solutions and integrated advertising outreach. For nearly a decade, he leads marketing for running festivals, like the Louisiana Marathon and Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon.
Prior to his work in endurance events, he developed business and managed marketing programs in hospitality, entertainment, gaming and tourism industries in Louisiana, Nevada, Wyoming and Georgia. Select clients include: Wynn Las Vegas, Harrah’s Entertainment, Park Place Entertainment, Seaside, Hotel Monteleone, Clear Channel Communications, Street Fare Derby, Fairgrounds, Coca-Cola North America, Powerade, Tasc Performance, and the Office of Tourism for Alsace Burgundy Champagne Ardenne.
He currently serves as a board member for Running USA after several years as a planning committee member. Previous work with non-profits include Young Leadership Council, Ainsley's Angels of America, Team In Training, Loyola University, Veterans Day Fall Classic Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club.
