You’ve heard the adage “Never use ten words when five will do.” Joe thinks he can get it done in just four. As a child, his mom would pay him a dollar for every poem he memorized and an obsession with economy of language followed. He graduated from LSU with a degree in Creative Writing and a love of understatement before finding his way into copywriting. Although playful in rhythm and tone, his work is often defined by its simple focus and clarity of thought. Outside of the office, you will probably find him in the park, playing either Spikeball or Disc Golf. A self-described fan of “fringe sports and parlor tricks,” he also enjoys juggling, memorizing and reciting poetry, and chess.
