This article is for editing the email recipients of the different forms on Don's Seafood's website.
Step 1: Log in to Zapier.com
*We realize that his actual email is email@example.com but when we set it up, it got entered wrong... oh well.
Step 2: Once you're logged in, click on the "Zaps" tab and select the folder of zaps you want to access. Let's use "Careers" for this example and edit the "Covington" location.
Step 3: Click on "Covington" to enter the editor. Once in the editor, scroll down the left-hand column until you see the "Send Email" action. Click on "Edit Template" and edit the "To" and "CC" fields to reflect the current recipients. If you need to remove an email or add a new email, use the "+" and "-" buttons to the right of each email. Once you're finished with your edits, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: After clicking "Continue" you will be taken to a screen that runs a test. If the test is successful, click the "Finish" button. If it is not successful, you must troubleshoot the issue.
Step 5: After clicking "Finish" you will be taken to a final confirmation screen. Make sure your zap is turned on before clicking the "See it on your Dashboard" button.
