For media contacts, coordinate with Director of Media as to who traffics ads/artwork to pubs.
When trafficking ads to pubs, attach the approved file to an email and include email copy asking for confirmation upon receipt.
When Director of Media receives a proof of the ad before it runs, have the Art Director approve the print job.
When Director of Media receives a pull sheet of the ad, show the Art Director. If the ad did not print in high quality, discuss the possibility of a make-good with the Director of Media.
